Recommended for senior level leadership or positions of specific expertise. Search structure is established with specific time frame parameters and set payment terms. Full commitment of RAI resources and guaranteed successful completion of the search is assured. Typical qualifying tools include: personal interviews, background verifications, reference checks, and personality assessments.
Recommended for mid-senior level leadership or highly technical positions. Search fee is established with a non-refundable portion to be paid upon search commencement with remainder due upon completion. Full commitment will be made by RAI to allocate all necessary resources to complete this search. Specific time frame parameters and additional services as found in retained search can be included.
Project Based Recruiting
Recommended for multiple positions of a similar function or location. Time frame and payment interval schedule is established. RAI will commit all necessary resources for successful completion of recruiting project.
Used for general recruiting needs. Execution of standard RAI contingency fee agreement is required. Fee is incurred upon successful candidate placement.
Supplemental Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Augments the use of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) utilizing RAI’s expertise for highly technical or specific positions. Any of the above recruiting services can be used.
