Madeleine joined RAI after a long successful career in corporate IT and establishing her own career coaching practice.
As Associate Partner she is leading RAI’s outplacement and career coaching practice. Her professional career started as a help desk support technician troubleshooting operating systems and hardware failures. She worked her way up to Director of IT for Wang Laboratories in the first eight years of her professional career.
Most of Madeleine’s corporate career was spent at Hewlett Packard, where she worked in various roles for almost twenty years. During her time in the corporate IT world she mentored and coached peers and sharpened her HR skills in the hiring process. Madeleine then established her own personalized career coaching practice, MEcoaching365, LLC.
